Jan 23: We made it to Munnar! We're in the mountains - clean air, super hilly, tea plantations. BEAUTIFUL!!! Staying at Amber Dale. A meditation and sound bath this evening :)))

This broke Katie. She came undone, hysterical laughter.

This made Katie whole again. A chai cart on the roof terrace. 

Jan 24: Sunrise yoga and handpan ensemble on the rooftop terrace was a spirutal experience. Epic. Epic. 

 

After breakfast, we headed out on a tea plantation tour and then an offroad jeep safari in the mountains today.
