A lovely rest day yesterday (Saturday) at Maliekal with more massages and nice meals. A magical sunrise this morning with sea otters!
My luggage finally made it! (I picked it up from Maliekal Resort after the houseboat - 4 days into the trip. Enough to realize I had nearly everything I needed in my 15-pound bag (with borrowing a few things from Kateri and Katie). So, what a gift to get my binocs and quick dry underwear and sandals back! ;)

Today we'll be headed to the Kerala backwaters aboard the "Good Earth" ship with Village Ways. We each brought a checked bag of donations - school supplies for a village primary school of about 200 students. (That stuff made it!)
